Week6A: Engaging Your Customers - Facebook Stragety

Welcome back guys. Today I will talk a little bit about some businesses I chose and the reasons y along with how they post, how much engagement they get, and how they can help me and my business. Remember every business has their own way of advertising and promoting their business. We can always learn new things by following and paying attention to how they run the content they upload.

So the first business I chose to follow is Arzola Graphics. I know it’s nothing similar to the business I’m running. This business actually helped me by making me shirts, decals, hats, and sweaters for my business. I like how he using his post to gain followers. Most of his posts are simple. They get straight to the point. His videos show the way his work is done. His pics show the quality of the work. The post may not be well written but like I said they get straight to the point. They show what his customers asked for. Every video and picture is interesting because there’s always something new he’s posting. Even though it’s almost the same thing as in decals, shirts, hats, sweaters, and what not they’re interesting because they show the difference on the designs he’s capable of doing which allows other businesses to think of the designs they want and maybe even use some ideas to ad to theirs.  I learned that no matter how repetitive the work is, there’s always something different in each post which brings a lot of engagement to him. A couple days ago I reached out to put in a order and he told me he was 3 weeks behind from all the work he has. The engagement is definitely there.

The second business I chose is Meguiar’s. Meguiar’s is a business that dedicates on training people to become detailers and also has its own material products that they sell. They show videos of Al the product they are coming out with along the cars they use for shows like SEMA. They  show videos of the promotion for the product along with pics. How to use the material and what not. Every post I saw showed enough information. Meguiar’s uses their content to sell the product and based on all the info provided in each post the engagement is also there and it seems like the followers get anxious to be able to get their hands on the product and material they promote. I say it’s a job well done and it showed me more on selling product even though my business doesn’t sell that. I know I can use those skills to sell my services though. Meguiar’s is a product I use a lot in my business and I’m very satisfied with the results each chemical gives me.

Detail garage is another business that focus on promoting the materials they want detail company’s to use. For example they promote a lot of chemical guys product. This is another business I liked because I like to see what every chemical is capable of doing when it’s being used. I’m open to bringing on board new chemical brands to my business as long they do job and the price is worth the product. The way detail garage promotes the product is similar to Meguiar’s. They also use videos and show u how the product works and use pictures to describe the product along with hashtags. Detail garage has some chemicals that have grabbed my attention. Have I used them yet? No I haven’t. I’m a guy that likes to finish what he has before buying different brands. But going back to detail garage. The skills they have can also help me promote my services and the engagement is also there. Every post is about something different and is shown in different ways.

In conclusion to this I say every business has their own way on promoting their business and products. It doesn’t matter if the post looks repetitive or are similar to others, they will still get some sort of engagement and will bring a higher chance to buy the service or product. So engagement is really important and knowing how to perform your content is too.
