Week4B: Defining YOUR Target Markets

Hello everyone. Today I will talk about defining my own target markets. I will talk about the background/overview, who are we talking to, objective, reasons why, and our focus.  So let me give  you some information about my business so you can get to know me a little bit better and see what we are all about.

Background

MADAP was founded in Oceanside CA in 2015. We are a small mobile auto detailing/painting business. We focus on making sure that the best detail/paint job is provided to our customers. We also offer to pick up your vehicle and deliver it back when done with the services you choose. Makes it easier for our customers to just relax at home and spend time with family. For those that work a lot and don’t have the time to wash their vehicles we provide the “ WE COME TO YOU “ service. When it comes to paint jobs we have a location where the vehicle gets dropped of to perform the job. We offer other paint services such as smoking head/taillights, painting wheels, and painting emblems or chrome trims to add style to your vehicle, and restoring headlights.

Overview

We have several mobile detailing business as competitors. As far as what we’ve seen we are the most reliable on price and availability. Our competitors offer basic carwash, deluxe carwash, interior detail only, exterior detail only, full inside/out detail, and ceramic coatings. But I haven’t seen any of them offer the COVID-19 disinfectant, waterless express wash, and paint services we offer. We make sure we meet your expectations at a much lower cost than our competitors.

Who are we talking to

Our target market includes men and women throughout San Diego county. 18-75+ years old in all income brackets. Our customers enjoy the brand new paint job that makes their old car look new, the black out/murdered looks we provide to their vehicle by smoking head/taillights, blackening the chrome trim/emblems, or painting wheels, the quality detailed jobs done to their semi new cars that make them look new again, and the ceramic coatings that protects the vehicles paint for years. We are targeting those that appreciate and have a passion for vehicles. Those that enjoy and love having their vehicles looking clean and fresh. Those that belong on car/truck clubs and are participating on events where they are part of a tournament to see who wins for having the cleanest car/truck. Those that are always too busy with work and don’t have time to wash their vehicle, and those that would like to add style to their vehicles. But I’m all honesty we are here to provide our services to any one who needs them and would give us an opportunity to work on their vehicle.

Objective

Not many people know who we are or what we offer when they see the name MADAP.  Getting the name out there requires YOUR help. How can you help? It’s simple, simply go to one of our social media pages, check out our work, try giving us a chance by starting with the DELUXE WATERLESS WASH  and get to experience the quality we provide with that service. Also read our reviews of our satisfied customers and pass the word on to friends and family. Our goal is to gain new clientele whether it’s word by word or marketing through our social media pages. We want our new potential customers to know the we by far have the best prices and provide the best quality paint/detail jobs and what to establish awareness throughout San Diego County.

Reasons why you should believe and buy

We have availability 7 days of the week, we are job oriented, we pay close attention to detail on each service and paint job service, we provide the we come to you service, we are friendly and professional, we have affordable prices, satisfaction guaranteed, and we go above and beyond for all our customers.

Focus

Our focus is to make sure we take pride in all of our work and treat everyone equally. We focus on treating each car like if it was our own. We also focus on making our quality performance and professionalism stand out to maintain a healthy relationship with all of our customers. One thing I always say is, if our customers don’t smile after inspecting their car then we lost focus and we didn’t do our job right. So focusing on paying attention to detail is a major focus we apply to ourselves and our jobs.
